WHITTLER’S REFLECTION
Ingredients: Bully Boy American Straight Whiskey | Suze | Cardamom | Orange
Preparation:
.5 oz Suze
2 oz Bully Boy American Straight Whiskey
dash of cardamom bitters
dash of orange bitters
Stir all ingredients, and strain into rocks glass. Serve with large ice cube, and garnish with orange peel
ORCHARD’S HOUR
Ingredients: Barsol Pisco | Rothman & Winter Orchard Pear | Pear | Lemon | Thyme
Preparation:
2 oz Barsol Pisco
1 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Pear
.75 oz Pear Nectar
Squeezed Lemon Wedge
½ Egg White
Shake all ingredients, and strain into a coupe. Garnish with fresh thyme sprig.
STONEFRUIT’S FUMÉE
Ingredients: House-infused Plum Tequila | Carpano Dry Vermouth | Velvet Falernum | Plum Purée
Preparation:
1.5 oz House-infused Plum Tequila
.5 oz Carpano Dry Vermouth
.75 oz Velvet falernum
.25 oz Plum Puree
Shake all ingredients, and strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a fresh plum slice.
MULLED CIDRE
Ingredients: Warmed House Mulled Cidre | Plantation Rum | Clove | Anise | Cardamom | Cinnamon
Preparation:
1.5 oz of Plantation Rum
3 oz House Mulled Cidre
Rim ½ of Glass Coffee Mug with Cinnamon Sugar. Pour ingredients into prepared mug. Garnish with Cinnamon Stick.
Bonus drink:
NOBLE RITZ Ingredients: Courvoisier V.S. | Grand Marnier | Luxardo | Lemon | Bubbly
Preparation:
.75 oz Courvoisier V.S.
.25 oz Grand Marnier
.25 oz Luxardo
.25 oz lemon juice
2 oz bubbly
3 luxardo/Bordeaux cherries
Pour first four ingredients into coupe. Top off with bubbly, and garnish with 3 picked luxardo cherries.
